---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * stew meat
   * 1 can beef gravy
   * 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Place stew meat in crock pot.
   1. Drizzle with Worcestershire.
   1. Pour gravy over.
   1. Cook on LOW for 7-9 hours.
   1. Serve over rice.
