Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 4 Tbsp butter at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp strawberry puree (~4 strawberries sieved)
- 4.5 c confectioners sugar, sifted
PREPARATION
- Place the cream cheese and butter in a medium bowl and beat with electric mixer on medium-high until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
- Add the puree on low, and slowly add the sugar,
- Once the sugar is added, beat on medium until smooth, 1-2 minutes.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
