Ingredients
| 1.5 lbs ground beef - 1/2 of a 3-lb chub |
| 1-2 onions, chopped |
| 1 tsp garlic from a jar |
| 1 can cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 lg cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained |
| 1 8oz container sour cream |
| 1 box rice |

Cook beef and onion and garlic till beef is browned.  Add mushrooms, soup and Worcestershire.  Turn heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally while you make the rice.

Follow package directions using the maximum amount of water listed and the entire box of rice.

When rice is steaming, add sour cream to stroganoff and stir to combine thoroughly.  Remove from heat.
