Teriyaki Sesame Thighs

INGREDIENTS

  • 15-oz teriyaki sauce
  • 6 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsps jar garlic
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • 2 Tbsp splenda
  • 8 chicken thighs (skin removed means better flavor)

PREPARATION

  1. Add ingredients except chicken to zipper bag. Mix well.
  2. Add chicken and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  3. Heat oven to (it says) 375 for 15 minutes.
  4. Spray foil-lined pan with cooking spray.
  5. Bake chicken for about one hour.
