Teriyaki Sesame Thighs
INGREDIENTS
- 15-oz teriyaki sauce
- 6 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tsps jar garlic
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice (1 lemon)
- 2 Tbsp splenda
- 8 chicken thighs (skin removed means better flavor)
PREPARATION
- Add ingredients except chicken to zipper bag. Mix well.
- Add chicken and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Heat oven to (it says) 375 for 15 minutes.
- Spray foil-lined pan with cooking spray.
- Bake chicken for about one hour.
