Tomato Vodka Cream Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp EVOO
• 1 tsp garlic
• 1 can Progresso Recipe Starter Fire Roasted Tomato
• 2 Tbsp vodka
• 1/4 c whipping cream

Procedure

• Cook garlic in EVOO over medium for 1 minute
• Carefully add tomato sauce and vodka, heat to boiling.
• Reduce heat to low and add cream, stirring constantly until hot.
