---++ Ultimate Cheesy Bacon Chicken
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 4 breasts halves, cubed
   * 16 oz sour cream
   * 1 can cheddar cheese soup
   * 1 can cream of chicken soup
   * 1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella
   * 2 1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar
   * 3/4 c blue cheese salad dressing
   * 10 slices bacon; diced, cooked and drained
   * 1 tsp salt
   * 1/2 tsp pepper
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Mix sour cream, blue cheese dressing and soups in slow cooker.
   1. Add chicken and bacon, stir well.
   1. Add Mozzarella and 1 1/2 c cheddar, salt and pepper, stir well.
   1. Cover, cook on LOW 8 hours.  
   1. Top with remaining cheddar and serve over brown rice.
