Vegetable Noodle Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 c catalina dressing
- 1 - 1.5 lbs stir fry beef
- 1 onion, stringed
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked
PREPARATION
- Heat dressing in large skillet or wok.
- Add meat and onions, cook 5 minutes or until meat is done.
- Add coleslaw mix, broth, ginger and garlic.
- Cook until cabbage is wilted to your liking.
- Serve over pasta.
