Veggies in Creamy Chive Onion Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bags California veggies
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tub (8 oz) Chive and Onion cream cheese spread
- 1/3 c milk
PREPARATION
- Cook veggies in microwave. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in small saucepan on medium-high.
- Add onion; cook and stir 1 minute.
- Add spread and milk; cook 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Pour sauce over veggies and stir to coat.
