*Waldorf Pasta Salad*

Ingredients
| 8-12 oz | short pasta (rotini) | 
| 3 medium | apples |
| 1 Tbsp | lemon juice |
| 2 ribs | celery |
| 1 cup | cooked chicken, chopped |
| 1/3 c | dried fruit |
| 1/3 c | nut pieces |
| 1 c | mayonnaise |
| 1/2 tsp | onion powder |
| 1/4 tsp | garlic powder |
| salt and pepper | to taste |

Cook pasta, drain and rinse with cold water until cool. 

Cut the (unpeeled) apples into bite-sized pieces.  Toss with lemon juice in your serving bowl.  Cut the celery into bite-sized pieces.  Add to the bowl.  Add the chicken, nuts and fruit.  Add the pasta.

Combine remaining ingredients then add to bowl.  Stir until combined.  Serve chilled.
