White Vodka Cherries

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar (10 oz) maraschino cherries w'stems
  • 1/2 c whipped cream vodka
  • 4 oz white chocolate coating

PREPARATION

  1. Drain liquid from cherries.
  2. Place cherries in a bowl or glass and cover with vodka.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Melt coating in microwave (grate or chop first)
  5. Drain cherries and pat dry.
  6. Holding by stem, dip into melted coating, letting excess drip off. Place on waxed paper to set.
