White Vodka Cherries
INGREDIENTS
- 1 jar (10 oz) maraschino cherries w'stems
- 1/2 c whipped cream vodka
- 4 oz white chocolate coating
PREPARATION
- Drain liquid from cherries.
- Place cherries in a bowl or glass and cover with vodka.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Melt coating in microwave (grate or chop first)
- Drain cherries and pat dry.
- Holding by stem, dip into melted coating, letting excess drip off. Place on waxed paper to set.
