3 Ingredient Mexican Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 flaat boneless skinless thighs
  • 1 envelope Taco seasoning mix
  • 1 24-oz jar mild salsa

PREPARATION

  1. Place chicken in crock.
  2. Sprinkle with 1/2 taco seasoning; toss to coat.
  3. Pour salsa over chicken.
  4. Cook on LOW 4.5 hours.
  5. Shred chicken, return to crock.
  6. Stir in remaining taco seasoning.
  7. Cook on LOW 30 minutes.
  8. , Serve iver Mexican rice or with tortillas.
