A1 Swiss Steak

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs stew meat
  • 1/4 c steak sauce
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 c water

PREPARATION

  1. Toss meat with sauce, put in slow cooker.
  2. Top with onion and tomatoes.
  3. Cover, cook on LOW 9 hours.
  4. Mix flour and water, stir into slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on HIGH 10-15 minutes, or until thickened.
  6. Serve over noodles or rice.
