Aegean Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 breast halves, cubed
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 12 oz Kalamata olives
  • 32 oz stewed tomatoes
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 2 c beer
  • 2 c water

PREPARATION

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in slow cooker.
  2. Add olives, mushrooms and tomatoes.
  3. Pour in beer and water.
  4. Cover, cook on LOW 6 hours.
