Alfredo Made Easy
INGREDIENTS
- 1 stick butter
- 1 16oz container ricotta
- 1 c parmesan
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 12oz box pasta
- 2 c cut up cooked chicken, or halved frozen meatballs, thawed
PREPARATION
- Cook, pasta
- Melt butter over low heat in black & red pot.
- Add remaining ingredients except meat & pasta.
- Stir with whisk until well-blended.
- Cook until heated through.
- Add pasta and meat to sauce. Toss to coat.
