---++ Alfredo Made Easy
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 stick butter
   * 1 16oz container ricotta
   * 1 c parmesan
   * 1 c milk
   * 1/2 tsp black pepper
   * 1 12oz box pasta
   * 2 c cut up cooked chicken, or halved frozen meatballs, thawed
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Cook, pasta
   1. Melt butter over low heat in black & red pot.
   1. Add remaining ingredients except meat & pasta.
   1. Stir with whisk until well-blended.  
   1. Cook until heated through.
   1. Add pasta and meat to sauce.  Toss to coat.
