Annie's Italian Cabbage
INGREDIENTS
Dressing
- 7 Tbsp canola oil
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp white sugar or 1 squirt Apriva
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp tarragon, crushed
Salad
- 1 package coleslaw mix
- 1/2 small or or 1/4 large red onion, sliced thin into strings
PREPARATION
- Whisk dressing ingredients until emulsified.
- Toss salad ingredients in large bowl.
- Drizzle dressing over salad ingredients; toss to coat.
- Refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving.
