---++ Annie's Italian Cabbage 
---+++ INGREDIENTS
---++++ Dressing
   * 7 Tbsp canola oil
   * 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
   * 2 Tbsp lemon juice
   * 1 tsp white sugar or 1 squirt Apriva
   * 1 tsp salt
   * 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
   * 1/2 tsp tarragon, crushed
---++++ Salad
   * 1 package coleslaw mix
   * 1/2 small or or 1/4 large red onion, sliced thin into strings
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Whisk dressing ingredients until emulsified.
   1. Toss salad ingredients in large bowl.  
   1. Drizzle dressing over salad ingredients; toss to coat.
   1. Refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving.
