Artichoke and Tortellini Mason Jar Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 5 quart-sized mason jars
- 10 Tbsp Italian dressing
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 cans quartered artichokes, halved
- 4 oz dried tortellini, cooked according to package directions
- 5 oz goat cheese
- 5 c salad greens
PREPARATION
- Layer each mason jar with the ingredients in order listed.
- When ready to eat, shake salad and pour into a bowl.
