---++ Artichoke and Tortellini Mason Jar Salad
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 5 quart-sized mason jars
   * 10 Tbsp Italian dressing 
   * 2 pints cherry tomatoes
   * 1 red onion, chopped
   * 2 cans quartered artichokes, halved
   * 4 oz dried tortellini, cooked according to package directions
   * 5 oz goat cheese
   * 5 c salad greens
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Layer each mason jar with the ingredients in order listed.
   1. When ready to eat, shake salad and pour into a bowl.
