Asian Plum Chicken Thighs
INGREDIENTS
8 chicken thighs
1 tsp 5-spice powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
scallions
1 c chicken broth
1 c plum jam
PREPARATION
Season chicken with salt, pepper and 5-spice powder
Place in slow cooker.
Combine jam and broth in small bowl, pour over chicken.
Cover, cook on low 8 hours.
Garnish with scallions.
