Asian Plum Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp 5-spice powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • scallions
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 1 c plum jam

PREPARATION

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper and 5-spice powder
  2. Place in slow cooker.
  3. Combine jam and broth in small bowl, pour over chicken.
  4. Cover, cook on low 8 hours.
  5. Garnish with scallions.
