BBQ Rub 1/2 pint (1½ pintts)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tbsp (6 Tbsp) smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp (6 Tbsp) brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp (3 Tbsp) dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp (3 Tbsp) chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp (3 Tbsp) onion powder
  • 2 tsp (2 Tbsp) garlic granular powder
  • 2 tsp (2 Tbsp) salt
  • 1 tsp (1 Tbsp) cumin
  • 1 tsp (1 Tbsp) cinnamon
  • 1 tsp (1 Tbsp) pepper

PREPARATION

  1. put in small (quart) mason jar. Screw on lid.
  2. Shake to combine. Remove lumps with mini-whisk or fork.
