Baby Greens, Blackberries and Pecans
INGREDIENTS
Salad
- 2 bags baby greens
- 1 package blackberries
- 30 pecan halves
Dressing
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp basil
- 6 Tbsp EVOO
PREPARATION
- Dressing: In a nonreactive bowl, combine vinegar, basil, salt and pepper. Drizzle in EVOO and whisk until emuslified.
- Salad: Toss greens with the vinaigrette. Sprinkle with berries and pecan halves.
