---++ Baby Greens, Blackberries and Pecans
---+++ INGREDIENTS
---++++ Salad
   * 2 bags baby greens
   * 1 package blackberries
   * 30 pecan halves
---++++ Dressing
   * 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
   * salt and pepper
   * 1 tsp basil
   * 6 Tbsp EVOO
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. *Dressing:* In a nonreactive bowl, combine vinegar, basil, salt and pepper.  Drizzle in EVOO and whisk until emuslified.
   1. *Salad:* Toss greens with the vinaigrette.  Sprinkle with berries and pecan halves.
