Bacon Cheddar Chicken Tenders

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c crushed pork rinds
  • 1/2 c FINELY SHREDDED cheddar
  • 1 pkg (3 oz) bacon bits
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • Ranch for dipping

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. In shallow bowl, beat egg
  4. In gallon zipper bag, combine pork rinds, cheese and bacon bits.
  5. Dip each tender in egg, then shake in bag to coat.
  6. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake 20 minutes, turning once, or until chicken is cooked.
  8. Serve with ranch.
