Bacon Chicken Pinwheels

INGREDIENTS

• 1 flat chicken tenders
• 8 strips thick bacon
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 1 tsp liquid smoke
• bbq seasoning
• toothpicks soaked in water
• ranch dressing

PREPARATION

1. Cook bacon slightly, do not crisp. Just get it colored good.
2. With bacon in the middle, make 4 pinwheels by laying bacon on top of tenders and rolling up.
3. Secure with toothpicks.
4. Whisk oil and liquid smoke.
5. Brush on both sides of pinwheels and sprinkle with BBQ seasoning.
6. Heat skillet over medium.
7. Cook pinwheels until chicken is done, about 7 minutes on a side.
8. Serve with ranch for dipping.
