Bacon Chocolate Bark

INGREDIENTS

• 2 slices thick bacon
• 1 Tbsp caramel sauce
• 2 oz bittersweet chocolate

PREPARATION

1. Place bacon on rack in shallow pan
2. Brush with caramel sauce.
3. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes, until crisp.
4. Cool; cut into 1" pieces.
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
6. Place chocolate on parchment.
7. Bake 4-5 minutes, until soft.
8. Using the back of a spoon, spread into a thin layer.
9. Cover with bacon pieces.
10. Chill 30 minutes or until chocolate is set.
11. Cut into pieces.
