---++ Bacon-Filled Medjool Dates
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 6 slices bacon, diced, cooked, and drained
   * 1/2 c pecans or almonds, toasted and chopped
   * 1/2 c shredded Parmesan
   * 24 dates
   * 3 Tbsp honey
   * 1 tsp snipped fresh thyme
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 400
   1. Combine bacon, almonds and cheese.
   1. Stuff about 1 Tbsp mixture into each date.
   1. Place dates, filling-side up on ungreased, foil-lined baking sheet.
   1. Bake for 12-15 minutes.  Cool slightly
   1. Drizzle warm dates with honey and sprinkle with thyme
