Bacon Ranch Bubble-Up Bake

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz bacon, diced, cooked, drained
  • 1.25 c ranch dressing
  • 1 can Grands-style biscuits
  • 1 c shredded Cheddar

PREPARATION

  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. In skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink in center.
  3. In ungreased 13" x 9" glass baking dish, mix chicken and bacon and ranch.
  4. Stir until ranch coats everything.
  5. Separate biscuit dough into eight biscuits, cut each into 8 pieces.
  6. Evenly spread pieces over chicken mixture.
  7. Bake 25-30 minutes or until biscuit pieces are puffed and no longer doughy
  8. Sprinkle with cheddar and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  9. Cut into squares to server.
