Barbacoa Beef

INGREDIENTS

  • hunk of brisket
  • 2 canned chipotles
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp jar garlic
  • 1/4 c lime juice
  • 1/4 c cider vinegar
  • 2 1/2 c beef stock

PREPARATION

  1. set brisket in slow cooker
  2. stir together remaining ingredients; pour over top
  3. Cook on LOW 8-10 hours.
  4. Shred beef and serve.
