---++ South of the Border Bean and Tortilla Soup

---+++  Ingredients
   * 2 tsp veg oil
   * 1 med onion, coarsely chopped
   * 1 15 can red beans (drained)
   * 1 15 can black beans 
   * 1 14.5 oz can dieced tomatoes w/garlic & onion
   * 1 tsp garlic
   * 3/4 cup frozen yellow corn kernels
   * 1 tsp chili powder
   * 1/2 tsp cumin
   * 1 14oz can vegetable broth
   * 1/2 tsp sugar
   * juice of 1/2 lime
   * 4 oz tortilla chips
  
---+++ Preparation
Heat oil in soup pot on medium, add onion. cook

Add garilc, corn, spices to soup pot.  Stir.  Add broth sugar and lime juice.  

Reduce to low, simmer about 10 minutes.

Serve over slightly crushed chips.
