Beef and Corn Casserole
INGREDIENTS (for each)
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 12-oz can kernel corn, drained
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 c cooked noodles
- 1 c grated cheddar
PREPARATION
To Freeze
- Label gallon bag.
- Cook beef till brown, adding onion halfway through.
- Drain.
- Cook noodles 1 minute less than minimum time on package
- Drain.
- Combine all ingredients except cheese in bag.
- Put cheese in quart bag and attach to gallon bag.
To Cook
- Thaw overnight.
- Heat oven to 375.
- Pour beef bag into 13" x 9" pan.
- Sprinkle cheese over.
- Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Uncover, bake 15 minutes longer
