Beef and Corn Casserole

INGREDIENTS (for each)

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 12-oz can kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 c cooked noodles
  • 1 c grated cheddar

PREPARATION

To Freeze

  1. Label gallon bag.
  2. Cook beef till brown, adding onion halfway through.
  3. Drain.
  4. Cook noodles 1 minute less than minimum time on package
  5. Drain.
  6. Combine all ingredients except cheese in bag.
  7. Put cheese in quart bag and attach to gallon bag.

To Cook

  1. Thaw overnight.
  2. Heat oven to 375.
  3. Pour beef bag into 13" x 9" pan.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over.
  5. Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Uncover, bake 15 minutes longer
