---++ Beef and Corn Casserole
---+++ INGREDIENTS (for each)
   * 2 lbs ground beef
   * 1 onion, chopped
   * 1 12-oz can kernel corn, drained
   * 2 cans tomato soup
   * 1 Tbsp ketchup
   * 2 c cooked noodles
   * 1 c grated cheddar
---+++ PREPARATION
---++++ To Freeze
   1. Label gallon bag.
   1. Cook beef till brown, adding onion halfway through.
   1. Drain.  
   1. Cook noodles 1 minute less than minimum time on package
   1. Drain.
   1. Combine all ingredients except cheese in bag.
   1. Put cheese in quart bag and attach to gallon bag.
---+++ To Cook
   1. Thaw overnight.
   1. Heat oven to 375.
   1. Pour beef bag into 13" x 9" pan.
   1. Sprinkle cheese over.
   1. Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray.
   1. Cover with foil.
   1. Bake for 40 minutes.
   1. Uncover, bake 15 minutes longer
