Best Brats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg bratwurst
  • 1 jar sauerkraut
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 c water
  • 8 small red potatoes, quartered
  • mustard powder

PREPARATION

  1. With sharp knife, cut bratwurst into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place in bottom of oval crock.
  3. Drain sauerkraut and place over bratwurst.
  4. Combine soup and water, pour over sauerkraut
  5. Place potatoes in crock.
  6. Sprinkle with a bit of mustard powder.
  7. Cover. Cook on LOW for 6 hours.
