---++ Big Fat Greek Jar Salad
---+++ INGREDIENTS (for each)
   * 3 Tbsp [[LemonVinaigrette][Lemon Vinaigrette]]
   * 1/2 zucchini, chopped
   * 1/4 can chickpeas
   * 1/2 c cooked orzo
   * 2 Tbsp Kalamata pieces
   * 3 Tbsp chopped red onion
   * 1/3 c halved cherry tomatoes (or 1/4 of a package)
   * 2-3 Tbsp crumbled Feta
   * 1/4 bag spinach
   * pine nuts, to taste
