Broccoli Cheese Soup with Ham

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 3 c milk
  • 3/4 lb process cheese
  • 3 c frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 8 oz chopped ham
  • 1 c frozen corn, thawed

PREPARATION

  1. Cook onion in hot oil on medium in red pot 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add milk; bring to a simmer, stirring frequently.
  3. Add cheese and broccoli.
  4. Cook 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and broccoli is heated through.
  5. Stir in ham and corn, cook 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
