Caribbean Chicken
INGREDIENTS (for each)
- 3 boneless, skinless breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8-oz can pineapple chunks with juice
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/3 c orange juice
- 1/2 c raisins
PREPARATION
To Freeze
- Label bag
- Place ingredients in bag
- Freeze flat.
To Cook
- Thaw overnight in fridge
- Bake at 375 for 1 hour OR on LOW in crock pot for 4-6 hours.
- Serve with rice
