---+++ INGREDIENTS (for each)
   * 3 boneless, skinless breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
   * 8-oz can pineapple chunks with juice
   * 1/4 c packed brown sugar
   * 1/2 tsp nutmeg
   * 1/3 c orange juice
   * 1/2 c raisins
---+++ PREPARATION
---++++ To Freeze
   1 Label bag
   1 Place ingredients in bag
   1 Freeze flat.
---++++ To Cook
   1 Thaw overnight in fridge
   1 Bake at 375 for 1 hour *OR* on LOW in crock pot for 4-6 hours.
   1 Serve with rice
