Cheesy Baked Tortellini
INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated tortellini
- 2 c shredded Mozzarella
PREPARATION
- Heat oven to 400. Spray 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray.
- In skillet, cook onion, garlic and beef until beef is no longer pink; drain.
- Add pasta sauce.
- In red pot, cook tortellini.
- Drain. Combine tortellini and pasta sauce.
- Spoon into prepared pan; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
