---++ Cheesy Baked Tortellini
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 1 onion, chopped
   * 3 cloves garlic, chopped
   * 1 lb ground beef
   * 1 jar pasta sauce
   * 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated tortellini
   * 2 c shredded Mozzarella
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Heat oven to 400.  Spray 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray.
   1. In skillet, cook onion, garlic and beef until beef is no longer pink; drain.
   1. Add pasta sauce.
   1. In red pot, cook tortellini.
   1. Drain.  Combine tortellini and pasta sauce.
   1. Spoon into prepared pan; sprinkle with cheese.
   1. Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
