Chicken Pot Pie Bubble-Up Bake

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 c shredded chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup with herbs
  • 2 c frozen peas & carrots
  • 1 c frozen corn kernels
  • 2 c shredded Co-Jack
  • 1 can butter-flavored grand biscuits
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

PREPARATION

  1. Heat oven to 400. Spray 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray
  2. In large bowl, combine chicken, and soup.
  3. Add veggies and cheese; stir until combined.
  4. Pour into baking dish; spread into even layer.
  5. Separate can of biscuits into 8 biscuits, cut each into quarters.
  6. Place in medium bowl; drizzle with butter. Toss to coat.
  7. Spread biscuit pieces over chicken mixture in pan.
  8. Bake 20-22 minutes or until biscuit pieces are thoroughly baked and center is bubbly.
