Chocolate Ricotta Phyllo Shells

  • 3/4 c ricotta
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 2.1 oz package baked miniature phyllo shells

PREPARATION

  1. For filling. In a medium bowl combine cheese, sugar, vanilla and cocoa. Stir until smooth. Fold in 2 Tbsp chips.
  2. Scoop filling into shells, sprinkle with remaining chips.
  3. Serve immediately or chill up to 2 hours.
