Country Fried Steak

Ingredients

• 4 (4 oz.) cube steaks
• 1 egg white, slightly beaten
• 1 pkg. Oven Fry for Pork
• 1 pkg. Pioneer Brand no fat white gravy mix
• Non stick spray

Preparation

Place coated steaks on sprayed baking stone or cookie sheet and bake at temp on oven fry box for 20-25 minutes. Prepare white gravy according to package instructions.

Measure 1/4 cup gravy and pour over steak and enjoy!!
