---++ Country Fried Steak
---+++ Ingredients
   * 4 (4 oz.) cube steaks
   * 1 egg white, slightly beaten
   * 1 pkg. Oven Fry for Pork
   * 1 pkg. Pioneer Brand no fat white gravy mix
   * Non stick spray
---+++ Preparation
Dip steak in egg white and then in oven fry coating.

Place coated steaks on sprayed baking stone or cookie sheet and bake at temp on oven fry box
for 20-25 minutes. Prepare white gravy according to package instructions.

Measure 1/4 cup gravy and pour over steak and enjoy!!
