Cream Cheese Clouds
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 stick UNsalted butter
- 3/4 c splenda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
PREPARATION
- Beat with electric mixer till fluffy
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper-lined baking sheet
- Freeze.
Store in freezer or cold fridge.
