Cream Cheese Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 packet Splenda
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

PREPARATION

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and attack with stick blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Let rest 2 minutes.
4. Pour batter into hot greased pan.
5. Cook 2 minutes, flip, then cook another minute.
