---++ Cream Cheese Pancakes 
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 oz cream cheese
   * 2 eggs
   * 1 packet Splenda
   * 1/2 tsp cinnamon
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and attack with stick blender.
   1. Blend until smooth.
   1. Let rest 2 minutes.
   1. Pour batter into hot greased pan.
   1. Cook 2 minutes, flip, then cook another minute.
