Cream of Asparagus Soup
Ingredients
1.5 lbs |
asparagus |
1/2 |
onion |
1 small |
potato, chopped |
4 c |
vegetable broth |
1/2 tsp |
seasoned salt |
1/2 c |
half & half |
wash and trim the ends of the asparagus. Cut into 2-inch lengths. Add to the crock along with onion and potatoes. Pour in the broth and add the salt
Cook on low 7-9 hours, then soupify with the blender and add half&half.
