---++ Creamy Crockpot Salsa Chicken
---+++ INGREDIENTS
   * 2 big chicken breast halves
   * 1 c salsa
   * 1 c petite diced tomatoes
   * 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
   * 2 onions, diced fine
   * 1/2 c carrot twigs
   * 1/2 c chopped celery
   * 1/2 c water
   * 1/4 c sour cream
---+++ PREPARATION
   1. Place chicken in slow cooker
   1. Layer salsa and vegetables on top.
   1. Pour water over all.
   1. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
   1. Break up chicken using two forks.
   1. Stir in sour cream.  Serve.
