Creamy Meatball Casserole

INGREDIENTS

• 1 can cream of onion soup
• 1 c milk
• 1/2 c sour cream
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1 20-oz pkg, refrigerated red-skin potatoes
• 1 lb frozen cooked meatballs
• 1 pkg stir-fry veggies

PREPARATION

1. Heat oven to 375.
2. In a large bowl, combine ingredients.
3. Transfer to 13" x 9" pan.
4. Cover with foil; bake for one hour.
