Creamy Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp EVOO
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1 c sour cream

PREPARATION

  1. Season pork with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in skillet and add pork; brown on both sides, about 3 minutes each.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add butter, onion, and mushrooms to pan. Cook 5 minutes until softened.
  5. Stir in broth, flour, and sour cream.
  6. Place pork on top; cover.
  7. Cook 8 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
  8. Serve pork with gravy.
